This website, nxtgindia.com (the "Site"), is operated by nxtG India Private Limited ("nxtG", "we", "us", "our"), having its registered office at Plot No 17, Avishkar Colony, N-6, CIDCO, Main Road, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra 431003, India.
By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
2. Products and descriptions. We try to display our products and their details, including colours and specifications, as accurately as possible. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown on the Site. All specifications are indicative and may change without notice.
3. Pricing. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are MRP inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.
4. Orders and acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the product.
5. Payments. Payments are processed securely through Cashfree, our payment provider. We do not store your full card or banking details.
6. Cancellation. Orders may be cancelled by you only before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Please see our Cancellation, Refund and Replacement Policy.
7. Warranty. Products carry a 1 (one) year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery, subject to the terms on our Warranty Claim page. The warranty covers repair of the unit for genuine manufacturing defects and does not cover physical or liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised repair, or normal wear.
8. Intellectual property. The nxtG name, logo, Site content, text, graphics, and images are the property of nxtG India Private Limited and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' rights, or to interfere with the Site's operation or security.
10. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, nxtG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.
11. Grievance redressal. 12. Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
13. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
